First Line Support

Position Overview:

Join our customer service team as a First Line Support professional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and software.
  • Basic knowledge about Magento 2
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
